Delivery Information
We aim to dispatch all in-stock items ordered before 3 pm, Monday to Friday on the same business day. Orders placed after 3 pm or over weekends and public holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.
Some items, particularly sheet music, may not always be immediately available and will have specific availability notices on their product pages. These notices clearly indicate estimated dispatch times, such as:

All international deliveries are sent Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU). This means you may need to pay customs duties, taxes, or other charges upon receipt. Please check your country's import rules before ordering.
Collect in Store
You can collect your order directly from our store. Please bring your order confirmation (order number or confirmation email) when collecting your items.
Delivery to an Alternative Address
We can deliver to a different UK address, provided your payment passes secure verification (Verified by Visa, Mastercard SecureCode, etc.).
Please note: Orders paid with American Express cards can only be delivered to the billing address.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or is incorrect, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery. We may ask for photos to help resolve the issue quickly. If your claim is valid, we'll arrange for collection and either replace the item or provide a refund.
After delivery, items are your responsibility. We cannot accept liability for damages due to improper handling or storage after you've received your items.
